• Your driving license which must be valid for at least 1 year, the original document, no photocopies or photos will be accepted
• Your credit card which will be used as a guarantee during your rental period, (police fine, Fuel filling in case of less tank during the car returning) regardless your chosen payment method
• Your ID or passport

In such a case, where you have reserved a specific car and is not available due of an unexpected issue during the pick-up process and we don’t have a similar one, then you are served with another one from an upper category with the same amount you were charged during your prior reservation.

The duration of your rental period may be extended after contacting with our offices with the corresponding extra charge per day. In order to proceed with the above process you must firstly contact directly with our offices.
